Discipline and Punctuality: Success in the unforgiving wilderness depends on the participant’s ability to understand the rules as soon as possible and strictly following it with precession of time.

Being Responsible: Each participant assigned responsibility and evaluated based on the degree they demonstrate the ability to take unfamiliar responsibility in a short notice and accomplish them.

Strategic Planning and goal setting: Each group will have to access the strengths and weaknesses of the team and the unique challenges in hand and formulate a winning strategy to a detailed workable plan, and setting a group objective.

Communication: The short schedule and complex task demands the participants to develop protocol, and communicate in a very effective manner.

Building Trust and delegation: The challenging tasks require the participants to build high-level of trust and delegate the tasks. It also requires the participants to deliver on their commitments.

Ability to deal with ambiguity: The unfamiliar terrain and ambiguous constrains forces participants to understand the situation and adapt as soon as possible to ensure groups success.

Being Demanding Leader: Each participants being a leader and responsible for the success of the group, not only have to go beyond their own comfort zone, but also has to be demanding with others.

Teamwork & Conflict Resolution: The nerve-racking challenges lead to many conflict situations. Each participant actively involved in resolving conflicting and caring for each other as a team.

Self-esteem and self-motivation: the entire program installs in participants a very high level of self-esteem and ability to motivate themselves in adverse circumstances, which usually translates into increasing their self-confidence and courage.

Objective of this program is to build extraordinary leaders to take on challenging assignments in today’s fast pace corporate environment and deliver result. The well-orchestrated program designed to bring forth the hidden leadership quality and instill new level of understanding to leadership in a natural way. The program is highly demanding and ensures wholehearted participation from all and delivers the commitment to drive home valuable lessons on leadership. It instill vital attitude to adapt to any environment at short notice, take on challenging assignment and demonstrate leadership and motivate others deliver the commitments.

Participants: Not to exceed 20 to 30 participants

Methodology: The entire camp activity are planed (Including the breakdowns) to the detail by expert and experienced Leadership Coach. Each activity personally supervised and evaluated by the Coach with the help of assistance to maximize the participants learning.

** The detail of the methodology will be provided with proposal.

Duration and Schedule: The programs are usually conducted in weekends. Starting from a Saturday morning until Sunday noon. In special request, the program can be conducted in weekdays.

Venue & facility: We have several venues available for the training at 2-hour driving distance from Bangalore. All venues are in secure environment. Moreover, the programs are conducted with formal approval from the local authority. The venues have Tent Accommodation, with clean lavatory facilities.

Safety: We understand the paramount importance of safety of our participants. We have certified instructors for the safety measures in the outdoor activities. The entire duration the participant in our care, we take utmost care of the physical safety of the participants and their belongings.
