Smruti Ranjan Sarangi (Smruti)  Born on 1971 to a teacher’s family, in a small town of Orissa, India. He grew up listening to stories about ancient civilizations and scriptures.  His grandfather installs in him a great faith in Supreme Being, which had a great impact on young Smruti’s psychology. An extremely disciplinary father taught him discipline and practical leadership.  

After his college, he pursued career in high-tech field in IT Industry for 12 years. His out of box thinking and Innovation helped him and his organizations achieve extraordinary results.  He pursued his research in the area of human psychology and metaphysics from year 2004 under guidance of many teachers. His extensive studies and trainings have enabled him to design the unique program called “Inspiring Leaders Program”.  His passion for building leaders and his in-depth understanding of leadership psychology makes him highly effective in making leaders.
